Relief Prints

Relief printing lends itself to powerful, direct, graphic image making. In the history of art many of its most powerful socio/political image makers have made used this medium. Artists like Kathe Kollowitz (Germany), Noel Counahan (Australia) to name a few. At the other end of the spectrum we have the beauty and refinement of Japanese of woodblock printing.
